ProcSys was born of ingenious pioneering spirit of its founders. Its long history, rich with innovative experiences, is the foundation on which we continue to build a learning organization that is inspired, competitive and professionally agile.
At a time when electronic hardware design was unheard of in India, three visionaries believed that state-of-the-art Electronic Product Design was possible here. In 1973, they founded ProcSys [Processor Systems (India) Private Limited].
ProcSys soon became a pioneer in developing many prestigious products for US based Clients and Indian governmental organizations like the Indian Telephone & Telegraph, the Navy and others.
Later, PSI Data Systems was spawned to concentrate on its own products and became one of the first to produce and market Micro and Mini Computers in India, while ProcSys intensified its focus on design and engineering.
In the late eighties, ProcSys repositioned itself to deliver High-end Design Services to the global market in Hardware, FPGA, Embedded Software, Application Software and Mechanical Engineering. The steady growth of ProcSys, leveraged on the vast expertise built over decades, ensured a Customer base ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.
Today ProcSys is a Private Limited Company headquartered in Bengaluru, India, providing cutting-edge technology services to Customers all over the globe. Our geographical coverage includes the USA, Europe, Japan, and Asia-Pacific along with an increasing home base in India.
Our business and engagement processes ensure returns on our commitments, while our team, a majority of who have more than 5 years of inside experience, are a standing testimony to our collective strength and dedication.

Nandana Ishbiliya
Executive Chairman
Nandana took over as Executive Chairman in 2021 and has since been focussing on strategic planning and driving sustainable growth. Her vision is to build on ProcSys’ long cherished values of innovation, technology leadership and customer commitment to propel further business growth.
Nandana is Co-founder and Director Development of The Concerned for Working Children (CWC), a private development organisation, which was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. She was the Chairperson of the International Working Group on Child Labour (IWGCL). She has contributed extensively towards international and national child rights related policies and legislation and has set up structures and mechanisms for making children’s voices heard at all levels of decision making.
With her passion for social justice, Nandana is keen on exploring ways of achieving a sustainable balance between business growth and social equity.
Hemant Kumar K R
Executive Vice President
Hemant manages operations and provides overall leadership to the organisation including engineering, business development, finance and administration. He safeguards the interests of the company, employees and customers to ensure stability and sustained growth. He is also closely involved in developing and mentoring the next level of leadership in the company.
As Vice President of Engineering, Hemant oversaw the development of technology expertise within ProcSys across new technologies and industry domains for serving global clientele. As Senior Engineer and Project Lead / Manager, Hemant was involved in the execution of a number of state-of-the-art embedded product development projects.
Hemant is an Electronics Engineering graduate from Bangalore University.
Shreedhara M R
Senior Vice President Embedded Services
Shreedhara heads the embedded services business at ProcSys. He has been instrumental in driving steady growth in embedded services through customer acquisition, customer retention and nurturing of dependable engineering delivery teams.
With more than 30 years of embedded product development experience, Shreedhara has led the execution of projects in a wide range of technologies and domains with various team sizes for customers based in USA, Europe, Asia-Pacific and India. At ProcSys, he started as a Senior Engineer and subsequently served as Project Leader, Project Manager and Vice President.
Prior to joining ProcSys, Shreedhara had successful software development stints at Proland Software and Tata Electronic Development Services.
Shreedhara is a Computer Science graduate from Mysore University and has completed Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore.

Junko Ravindran
Director
Junko has been serving as a Director for over three decades and is responsible for business development activities in Japan and other far-east countries. She has been handling the public relations for the company and also acts as translator for Japanese clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology from Kitasato University, Tokyo, Japan.
Being an active member of the Japanese circle, she is closely involved in nurturing the welfare of Japanese families relocated in Bengaluru and also sings in the Japanese choir. She is multilingual - besides English and Japanese, she can manage Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.
Ramadas Acharya
Director
Ramu is a passionate entrepreneur in the hospitality industry, predominantly in the food and beverages sector. Attention to detail, a professional approach to business and finance, combined with a sound understanding of the industry and the new emerging clientele has been Ramu’s recipe for success.
Ramu is a Hotel Management graduate from Christ College and has trained at the Hyatt in Calcutta and then interned for six months at Ratschiller’s Backereri and SB Café in Munich, Germany. He worked at Casa del Sol and went on to manage Harima, a Japanese Restaurant in Bangalore for eight years. He has consulted for several hospitality start-ups in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Goa. He also manages Jamming Goat, a laid-back beachfront restaurant in Utorda, Goa. He has great interest in harnessing technology for driving innovations in the hospitality industry.
