	V. K. Harindran Chairman & CEO
	Hari is a born entrepreneur - someone with a keen eye that spots opportunities and a mind that turns them into reality. As a co-founder of ProcSys, he firmly believed that design and development of microprocessor technology was possible out of India.
	Hari’s entrepreneurial vigor lead to the establishment of many organizations like PSI Data Systems, a hardware manufacturing and marketing house, Peninsula Electronics, a specialized assembly house and so on. He serves as a Director in various organizations, including ArcanaNetworks, a California based developer of solutions for automating network operations.
	As the Chairman and CEO, Hari continues to drive ProcSys towards greater levels of success.
	Vinay L. Deshpande Director
	Vinay is one of the co-founders of ProcSys along with V. K. Harindran and Dr. Ravindran. Vinay is a highly respected and well known personality in the Indian Information Technology industry. He is a member of the Prime Minister’s IT Task Force and has wide ranging association with the industry. In recognition of his contributions, the state government has honored Vinay with Sir M.Viswesvarayya State Senior Scientist Award.
	The World Economic Forum has named Vinay as one of the 100 Technology Pioneers for 2001 & 2002 for innovation in technology and he is listed in the International Who-is-who. Vinay holds an MSEE from the Stanford University.
	Madhusudhan V. COO
	Madhu, a gold medallist in Electronics and Communication, holds a master's degree in Automation from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
	Over the years, Madhu has been closely involved in developing the technology expertise within ProcSys. He has built and led design teams, delivering solutions using cutting edge technologies.
	Madhu provides overall leadership to the organisation including business development, finance and administration.
	Junko Ravindran Director
	Junko Ravindran holds a bachelors degree in Pharmacology from Kitasato University, Tokyo, Japan. She is responsible for business development activities in Japan and other far east countries.
	Hemant Kumar K.R. Vice President
	Hemant is responsible for the engineering program in the organisation and provides technology guidance and managerial support to design teams.
	Over the years, Hemant has been involved in the design and development of hardware and software technologies and products, including microprocessor/controller based sub-systems, networking products of varying complexity in Token Ring, Ethernet, ATM, FC, ADSL, and other emerging technologies of the day.
